Five ways we collaborate.
AMUSE GUEULE Sessions
A recurring evening series co-produced with a single house. The host cooks. The partner contributes pairings, props, or atmosphere. The brand is named on the invitation, not on the plate.
Pairing Nights
Formal wine, spirit, or coffee pairings across four to six courses. Co-curated by the partner's sommelier or maker, hosted in a private kitchen.
Editorial Collaborations
A long-form feature in the AMUSE GUEULE Journal — recipe, kitchen session, host story. Slow, photographic, archival. Lives in the publication after the evening ends.
Selection Partner
Annual association with the AMUSE GUEULE Selection — the printed guide to the year's most considered tables. One Selection Partner per category, per season.
