AMUSE GUEULE Circle.
A small membership inside a small culture.
The Circle is the inner architecture of AMUSE GUEULE.
It is for guests who want to be the first to know a host has opened their kitchen, for friends-of-the-house who attend more than they read, and for the small number of cultural personalities who help us hold the standard.
What the Circle gives
Four small privileges.
Early seats
Circle members receive each season's host roster before it is published. The most considered tables are confirmed by name, by hand.
Circle dinners
Four times a year, we host a single Circle dinner. Twelve seats. One host. One residency chef. Not announced publicly.
Annual Selection
Members receive the printed AMUSE GUEULE Selection — the twelve most considered tables of the year, photographed and archived.
Concierge for evenings
A single person handles your evenings. Allergies, languages, regulars. We remember.
Circle dinners
A small set of recurring evenings.
From the AMUSE GUEULE event programme.
Midnight Table
Dinners that start at 22:00 and run into the morning.
First Course
Invitation-only welcome dinners for new Circle members.
Pairing Nights
Formal wine pairings, four to six courses.
Saison
Four-evening series across one season, same guests, four hosts.
The Curator's Dinner
AMUSE GUEULE's editorial team hosts; one season per year.
Closing Night
Last dinner of each season. All twelve hosts. One venue.
Opening
The Circle opens in waves.
Membership is invitation-only. Renewal is at our discretion. There are no tiers, no points, no rankings.
